Every bridal alteration journey begins with understanding your dress, your wedding date and what you would like to achieve. From your first message through to collection, each stage is carefully planned around your gown.

To help us understand what you need before arranging your fitting, please contact us by email or WhatsApp and include as much of the following information as possible.
A photo of you wearing your gown is particularly useful, as it allows us to see the current fit and better understand the alterations you would like.
We review written enquiries every working day after 4 pm, when we can give your message the time and attention it deserves.
We’ll either arrange your first fitting or contact you if we need any additional information about your gown.

achTwelve weeks before your wedding is our ideal starting point. It gives us time to work carefully, check the fit and make further adjustments where required.
We assess the gown, discuss the alterations and style changes you would like, examine its construction and take the necessary measurements.
We check the gown after the main alterations have been completed and identify any further refinements that may be required.
The final fit is checked and your completed gown is prepared for collection at the agreed date and time.

Some gowns require additional fittings depending on their construction, detailing and the complexity of the alterations.
